| Parking: |
When you have reached the Cafe Alt Haiming (base), park your car approx. 200m (200 yards) down of the base. There you'll find a parking lot with a visible parking sign. Please park your car here. Do NOT park your car in the inner courtyard of the base or in front of the cafe. Thank you. |
| Punctuality: |
There are limits to our flexibility. We therefore ask you to be on time for your tour since the transfer to the starting point with other participants (taxi/bus) cannot wait. Why don't you come a little earlier (keep the traffic in mind) and stop by our comfortable cafe. |
| What to bring along: |
Bathing suit, towel, shower gel & high spirits (spectacle wearers need a band to hold the spectacles)Sturdy shoes for canyoning (hiking or climbing boots) |

Swimmer & normal constitution. |
| Weather: |
Our tours also take place in bad weather (rain). Our top-quality wetsuits (rafting 3.5mm (.14 inches) / canyoning with hood 5.5mm (.22 inches)) offer optimal protection and warmth. |
| Alternative program: |
Since we are (so far) unable to influence water levels, tours may be changed on rare occasions at short notice - for your own safety. |
| Cancellation: |
If people cancel on short notice, they will have to pay for the event. However, as a token of goodwill we will give you a voucher. |
| Voucher/s: |
Please bring voucher along and hand in at the base. If you cannot redeem a voucher in the year issued, you can extend its validity in the year issued (December 31) for the following year by e-mail.

Please pay for the tours (balance) at the base in cash upon arrival. |
